I am puzzled by how an archive policy connects to a program document. I want to set up server archiving for our users mail, but I am confused on how to set up the Program Document. When assigning the policy to users, I can select the users there. When I set up the program document and do a compact -a, is it only going to touch those that I have assigned the policy to? Or is it going to archive other databases as well?
Thanks in advance.
